Shipping Locations
We currently ship within the continental United States. We do not ship to:
Alaska (AK), Hawaii (HI)
Puerto Rico (PR), Guam (GU), U.S. Virgin Islands (VI)
Military addresses (APO/FPO/DPO)
P.O. Boxes or street addresses that cannot be serviced by major carriers.
Shipping Rates
Free Shipping for orders over $100.
Standard Shipping fee of $6 for orders under $100.
Order Processing and Delivery Time
Orders are processed within 1-2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding weekends and public holidays). Standard shipping typically takes 6-8 business days, totaling approximately 7-10 business days for delivery from the date of purchase.
Our daily cut-off time for processing is 5:00 PM (Pacific Time, PT). Orders placed after this time will be processed on the following business day.

Tracking Your Order

Delivery Issues and Resolution Time

Handling and Additional Charges
All orders include handling charges within the quoted shipping rate. A sales tax of 6% is applied to the total order value, including shipping fees, where required by law.
Damaged or Lost Items
If your items arrive damaged or if your shipment is lost in transit, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery. Provide clear photographic evidence of the damage. We will investigate and arrange either a prompt replacement or a refund.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping addresses. If the provided address is incorrect or incomplete, the customer will be responsible for additional shipping charges required to resend the item.
Refusal of Delivery
If a customer refuses delivery without a valid reason, return shipping charges and any associated fees will be deducted from the refund.

Changing Your Shipping Address

Order Cancellations
Orders can be canceled within 24 hours after purchase by contacting our customer service directly. If your order has already been shipped, you must follow our returns process upon receipt.
