Eligibility for Returns

If an item is returned in a used condition, missing original packaging, or lacking any included accessories or manuals, it will only qualify for a partial refund.

  3. Carefully package the product to ensure it is protected during transit. We recommend using the original packaging and cushioning materials. Use a reliable and trackable shipping service like USPS, UPS, or FedEx.

Refund and Confirmation Process

Upon receiving your returned item, we will send an email confirming receipt and inform you about the inspection results within 3 business days. Refunds will be processed within 5 business days after the inspection, and the amount will be credited via your original payment method (Stripe or PayPal). You will receive a final confirmation email once your refund has been successfully completed.

  • Full Refund: For items returned unused, in original condition, with all packaging and accessories intact.

  • Partial Refund: Applied if the returned item is used, missing accessories or packaging, or not in original condition.

Damaged or Defective Items

Please notify us within 48 hours of receiving damaged or defective items. Provide clear photos of the damage or defect. We will cover the return shipping costs, and you’ll have the option of a replacement item or full refund.

Exchange Policy

To exchange a product, return the original product following our return process and place a new order for the desired replacement.

Cancellation Policy

You can cancel your order within 24 hours of purchase by contacting us immediately via email or phone. Orders already shipped cannot be canceled but can be returned following our standard return policy.

Returns for Promotional Items

Products purchased during promotional offers will be refunded according to the promotional price paid. Any promotional gifts included must also be returned.
