Standard Shipping fee of $6 for orders under $100.
Order Processing and Delivery Time
Orders are processed within 1-2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding weekends and public holidays). Standard shipping typically takes 6-8 business days, totaling approximately 7-10 business days for delivery from the date of purchase.
Our daily cut-off time for processing is 5:00 PM (Pacific Time, PT). Orders placed after this time will be processed on the following business day.

Handling and Additional Charges

Eligibility for Returns
Returns are accepted within 30 days from the delivery date. Products must ideally be in original condition, unused, with their original packaging intact, and all accessories included. The item should retain its original seals and tags to qualify for a full refund.
If an item is returned in a used condition, missing original packaging, or lacking any included accessories or manuals, it will only qualify for a partial refund.

Full Refund: For items returned unused, in original condition, with all packaging and accessories intact.
